Work 1:1 with Marie Hayden to learn the most effective techniques that will improve the health of your clients. Start by learning Mat Pilates and you can choose to progress to Reformer Beginner, Intermediate etc.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations outside of 36 hours are subject to a cancellation fee. As we do understand circumstances arise close to your appointment time if we are unable to rebook your reserved time slot your session will be redeemed in full payable to Bliss.
